Delicious cold cut sandwich with Havarti cheese, tons of pickled and fresh veggies!

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Prepare your sandwich assembling station. Slice red onions into thin half-moon slices and place them in a small bowl with red wine vinegar, salt and pepper. Shred lettuce and slice tomatoes. Slice bread into desired slices.
Mix Dijon mustard and mayonnaise together in a small bowl.
Add olive oil, salt and pepper to small bowl and mix. Brush slices of bread with the mixture and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Broil bread until crisp. Add cheese slices to the bread and put the baking sheet back in the broiler until cheese is melted.
Assemble sandwich. On top of the melted Havarti cheese place salami, turkey, ham, tomatoes, salt, pepper, bread and butter pickles, pickled peppers, and shredded lettuce. Spread a generous amount of mayonnaise Dijon dressing on the top slice of bread.
Slice sandwiches in half and garnish with a couple of olives. Serve with petite dill pickles and more olives. Enjoy!
